Here we practice health and wellbeing through the path of self-awareness, self-love, and living in harmony with nature and the cycles of life. We explore wellness through a holistic lens; considering your mind, body, spirit, and all aspects of your beautiful self and life as a whole. Ayurveda is the guiding light of all my offerings. With an understanding of self and an understanding of our environment, we can tailor health and wellness practices to truly be of benefit. There is no one size fits all. Each moment we may show up to our practice differently and it is my aim to guide you in meeting yourself exactly as you are and moving with presence.
Feminine form Kundalini Yoga and slow flow Hatha are my favorite yoga styles and transformational modalities. Our practice time together will always have invitations to make the offered practice your own.
